How many boxes do I get?
10 for a one-bedroom move, 20 for two bedrooms, 30 for three, or 40 for four. Your team confirms the quantity for studios and larger homes.
How does the credit work?
Pay for your boxes when you order. After your move with Mr. Box is completed, the cost of your included boxes is taken off your moving bill—not refunded to your card.
Can I use a discount, too?
Free boxes cannot be combined with a percentage discount. You can use the free-box offer or a percentage discount on your move, but not both.
Does it come with tape or other supplies?
Just the boxes! Tape, packing paper, bubble wrap and other supplies are sold separately.
How do I get my boxes?
Have them shipped to you, with estimated arrival in 2–3 business days after payment, or have us bring them on moving day. For moving-day delivery, add “Bring boxes on moving day” in your order notes so we can arrange it. $15.00 delivery for supplies subtotals up to $75.00. Above $75.00, delivery is $15.00 plus 10% of the full supplies subtotal before tax. Your delivery charge and sales tax are calculated when you select “Review my order total.”
How do you connect the order to my move?
Under “Moving with us? Add your move details,” enter your move or quote number and move size. That helps us match your box order to your booking and apply the credit.
What if I need more boxes?
Add as many as you need. Boxes beyond your included quantity, along with any other supplies, are purchased at the listed prices and are not part of the free-box credit.
