Getting your supplies to you

$15.00 delivery for supplies subtotals up to $75.00. Above $75.00, delivery is $15.00 plus 10% of the full supplies subtotal before tax.

For example, a $100 supplies subtotal has a $25 delivery charge.

Estimated arrival: 2–3 business days after payment.

We deliver to street addresses in the Contiguous United States (lower 48 states and Washington, DC). No Alaska, Hawaii, territories, PO boxes, or military APO/FPO addresses.

Delivery timing is an estimate after payment, not a guaranteed arrival date. Supplies are purchased separately from your move; a payment does not book moving services.

Returns & order changes

All sales are final after delivery. We do not accept change-of-mind returns of delivered supplies.

For missing, damaged, or incorrect items, contact us for help. If you need to change or cancel an order before delivery, contact us as soon as possible so we can review its fulfillment status.

This policy does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
